These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site, including business owners, property managers, facility operators, and contractor applicants.

2. Use of the Site

This Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service enquiries and contractor applications for Arctic HVAC & Refrigeration Services, LLC. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the Site.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, crawl, or submit forms on the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Site or its servers

3. Service Enquiries and Requests

Submitting a service request or contact form through this Site does not constitute a binding service agreement or guarantee of service. All service arrangements are subject to a separate written agreement between Arctic HRS and the customer. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

Emergency service requests made by telephone are handled separately from website form submissions and are subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement. Submitting a form on this Site does not initiate an emergency service response.

4. Contractor Applications

Submitting a contractor application through the Arctic Pro Network application form does not guarantee acceptance into the Arctic Pro Network. All applications are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of Arctic HRS. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application without providing a reason.

Acceptance into the Arctic Pro Network is subject to a separate contractor agreement. By submitting an application, you represent that all information provided, including any documents uploaded, is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, design elements, and the overall look and feel of the Site, is the property of Arctic HVAC & Refrigeration Services, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including United States copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on this Site without our prior written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use for the purpose of evaluating our services is permitted, provided you do not remove any proprietary notices.
